The concierge staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk, were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely sweet. We checked in on the 21st, and although we weren’t happy with our initial room, they promptly offered us two other options-truly receptive to guests’ needs. Room cleaning services are available on request, so if you hang up the “Do Not Disturb” card, the staff will happily attend to your room. I really appreciated the secure, safe, and cozy atmosphere of this boutique hotel. The room amenities are very good and reflect the price charged. Overall, my experience was excellent. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows. Not everyone is comfortable with flat pillows, and the current ones feel like simple cotton padding covered with a pillowcase. Fluffier pillows would make an already great stay even better.
