“I recently stayed here, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The accommodations were fantastic, and the customer service throughout the hotel was stellar. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, I did notice a significant drawback at the restaurant during breakfast. The atmosphere was quite lacking; it felt a bit off. While one Asian staff member was friendly and made an effort to engage with guests, the rest of the team seemed grumpy and……

“This hotel villa is a very comfortable place to stay in the Veneto. Although the streets in Asolo are very narrow, the staff at the villa will help to park and unload your car. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the dinner choices for food and wine are delicious. A big shout out to Marina and the other people at reception as well as the wait staff in the restaurant!”

“Our room was incredibly hot, the AC was running but blowing hot air. The staff was not helpful in assisting with the AC or providing a fan. We requested a new room, the staff said multiple times “they are all the same” but allowed us to try another room. The room was marginally better than the previous one but still miserable to sleep in. (Still quite hot) we opened the window for a good portion of the night but there is a loud bar below. Beds were uncomfortable and our room had the previous……
