“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“The whole place was awesome. The site was very clean and just as I expected from the pics I saw on the Expedia Website. Super peaceful place. The food was excellent and the bar staff was super friendly. A huge shoutout to my man at the front desk Christian for all the help he was. Anything I needed he was right on top of it. It wouldn’t have been the same without his assistance.”

“Room was spotless, entire resort was spotless! Staff spoke every single time we passed by, very friendly and courteous. The Zen Teppanyaki grill was amazing! Our grill master Richi cooked our food to perfection and was very entertaining. Our other wait staff at the grill (and the entire resort) were awesome as well, too many names to remember but I will try: Edwardo, Enricho, Armando (buffet), bartenders Hugo, Jujulianna (at the beach bar….who I promised my pair of fun sunglasses to if I can……

“The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”

“This was our fifth visit. We keep coming back because of the staff, the amenities, the food and most importantly the relaxing environment.The pool area is lovely and always clean and well maintained. If going into the ocean is a priority, you should know that the sargassum seems to be getting worse. There were a couple of days walking. on the beach was difficult. The beach cleaners work very hard to keep the beach clear but it is sometimes impossible to keep up with the amount of seaweed.”
