Beach service stands out — attentive, prompt, and seamless without ever interrupting the relaxed atmosphere. The service overall is impeccable. The staff is warm, professional, and consistently accommodating - when bikes weren’t available one day, they quickly arranged for us to use bikes at a neighboring resort. Breakfast, which was included, was lovely each morning — fresh, well-presented, and a perfect start to the day. We typically dine out in town for lunch and dinner, so we can’t speak to the other on-property dining options. Be Tulum remains one of our favorite romantic destinations.
