"Room was clean, staff very helpful, breakfast good enough to get you going. Overall was a good stay. Biggest complaint would be the property is not well lit in places, and not all paved walkways. (Think women in heels)We stayed 2 nights for a wedding, were in bldg 8, there were several giant holes in the lawn where you could easily twist your ankle if you didn't see them. Felt like a mine field. We had to walk through these grass unlit areas multiple times after dark. If you are just staying the night i guess it might not be an issue"

"Creekside cabin was very clean upon arrival, easy access driving in. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. I always take bottles of hand soap for each bathroom because usually not supplied but Tanya had it covered. Had one day the internet wasn't working, I called Tanya and she checked with the internet service provider and called me right back. Tanya was a good hostess; she sent me an email on our second day just to check in and offered information about the area we might like.The only thing I would recommend is updating the decor and pictures to give it more of a mountain cabin kind of vibe."

"We loved our Smokey Hideaway! The cabin was bright, open, and spacious. It was the perfect size for 6 people, with plenty of room to spare.A plus was that it smelled clean and fresh, which isn’t always the case for a cabin stay in the woods.Getting up the mountain and parking were a bit daunting for us, since we were unfamiliar with the driveway and hills. But it was very doable, and worth it for us to feel tucked away in the woods for the night. Also, once you’re down the hill, access to the main road is absolutely excellent!We loved the little shops and coffee house close to the cabin. We are grateful that we found this stay!"
