“Hotel was ok, what made my experience terrible was the management . I had reserved 2 rooms for 5 persons and 2 days before my trip they called me and said that they had to cancel my reservation because the Hotel was gonna be under maintenance, which was a lie. The wanted to resale rooms for a higher price because of a big Concert. They only gave me one room and it was suppose to be one bed with a sofa-bed and it didn't had a sofa-bed it had a couch, for 5 persons, it was ridiculous. My husband……

“I don’t recommend the Red Roof hotels because they have a worse service and too many issues and if you rent a room per week then at the third week you pay a day before expired and you came back the same day and cancel they don’t reimburse your money back ”

“Our room was relatively clean, but the bed was uncomfortable for sleeping. Problems we encountered: 1. There were exposed wires on the non-functioning smoke detector. 2. There was an obvious electrical short circuit in the reading lights above the beds, and the light switch was broken/missing on one of these. 3. The security chain on the door was missing.
