"Carpet in the room had a big sticky spot on it. People above us were super loud late intobthe night! Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. On top of all that 2 cars in the back parking lot had suspicious flat tires (one was ours). We were told at the tire shop our tire was slashed in 3 places."

"This property was just perfect for my sister and I. We had come to Las Cruces for my nieces baby shower. The location was central to everything and a bonus was our ability to walk everyday into the historic section of Mesilla. We will definitely stay again anytime we come to visit her."

"6-7/10 Overall, this condo was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The location was a big plus—close enough to easily walk to restaurants, our wedding reception venue, and downtown attractions. That said, the unit could use a bit of an update/refresh. It would not cost much to put in a couple of USB type wall chargers. It would also really benefit from having a simple welcome guide (placard, binder, or even a fridge magnet) outlining house rules, expectations, and local recommendations. This is something I’ve come to expect from most rental stays, and having to rely entirely on the app for basic information wasn’t ideal. For example, it would have been helpful to know upfront that the pool key also works for the sidewalk gate into the development when walking in and out.Communication felt very impersonal and template-driven. When I reached out for help finding a nearby place where family could gather (since guests weren’t allowed at the condo), the customer service representative wasn’t able to offer any local suggestions, which was disappointing.Overall, a solid stay for comfort and location, but a few thoughtful touches and more personalized communication would make a big difference."
