"Great staff, very clean and spacious room. Best hotel experience we've had in years. We checked in very late during a very busy weekend at the hotel; the check-in was flawless and I wasn't made to feel like I was putting the CSR out. Room was comfortable and relaxing. We took advantage of the included breakfast, which was very nice. Drury Inn hasn't forgotten how to create a great customer experience. Thanks for taking care of us!"

"The staff were amazing and kind and very helpful! They recommended amazing food spots and helped check us in kindly. We got to the room and upon inspected it noticed it was quite dirty. The shower had dark stains and a dirty shower head. There were stains on the walls and ceiling as well as the love seat that was in the room."

"We went in to try and check in early to see if they had any rooms available but the man at the front desk said they didn’t have any rooms available at that time and to come back at 3pm. When we came back at 3pm he said that all rooms have been canceled as of that morning and that there were no rooms available. Two other people were also in the same predicament when trying to check in during that time. I never received any emails from La Quinta or Expedia saying that our booking was canceled and the man at the front desk straight up lied and misled us into believing that there would be rooms when we came back at 3pm. "

"This property was just perfect for my sister and I. We had come to Las Cruces for my nieces baby shower. The location was central to everything and a bonus was our ability to walk everyday into the historic section of Mesilla. We will definitely stay again anytime we come to visit her."
