“Really nice room and staff. Water was much hotter than the last few hotels I've stayed at. Amenities were really impressive - full size fridge, some kind of hot plate/stovetop setup, microwave, even a paper towel roll. Will be my new go-to when I'm in Cruces. (Breakfast is on the weak side)”

“It was pretty clean and the front desk people were pretty cool. If you wake up early you can grab breakfast early and stuff. You should come here. Worth staying at.”

“Staff was rude, the property is dirty, swimming pool out of service. Poor management”

“The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.”

“When I got there they did not have a clean room and it was an hour after check-in. Then when I went to the room they gave me it was not clean. The beds were not made then they gave me another key and it I had to go back down and it did not work. Once I got into the room it was just a regular room with a refrigerator, not a studio or a suite as advertised. Then I tried to lift the shade up and the shade didn't work. Then I wanted to have a cup of coffee and the coffee maker didn't I went out to……

“Pretty basic. If you are looking for a place to sleep for a night or two its fine. Night shift clerk seems like he hates his job. Standard free breakfast. Room door doesnt shut by itself you have to shove it. Homeless people hang around parking lot. Not much parking. Bathroom light flickers, so hopefully you dont have epilepsy”
