“The property is located in beautiful Williamsburg, on the Chesapeake. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. There were 2 things that we had a problem with. The bed was uncomfortable, not the worse I have ever slept in but definitely not comfortable and my back hurt in the morning. Also it seems the shower leaked into the place underneath us. Other than those 2 issues it was good. I would recommend it for location and cleanliness. We did not……

“This property is under new management and you can tell by all the recent 5 star reviews. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Such a variety of foods to include eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal and more. “This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The dining area had roaches crawling around, which was completely unacceptable and disgusting. The pool was ice cold with no heat working at all, making it unusable. The room itself was in terrible condition — broken drawers, ripped curtains, and it looked poorly maintained overall. “Overall the property it quite dated and over priced for what you get. They have made updates to what appears to be the Foyer and Conference Room areas. The rooms have a 80's vibe with the two double beds beng pretty small and the additional lounge chair taking up more room and not really serving a purpose. In my opinion remove the lounge chair and have 2 queens or a queen and a double. The cleanliness is ok to say the least, filter in the bathroom was full and looked like it had been for……
