“The staff were amazing. We arrived to Dallas early and called the hotel to see if they would let us check in early. The lady working was very kind and told us by all means we could check in early. When we arrived she had the key cards ready and everything. They were extremely kind. The only downside was one of the elevators wasn’t working, and on the second day both were not working.
