“The room was extremely dirty. The air conditioner was icing up and dripping water onto the floor. The towels were also very dirty. The carpet was dirty as well. Even there was garbage in the corner of the floor and the wall. The girl at the front desk had a very nice attitude.”

He arrived to find poop and mucus stains on the bed sheets and vomit stains on the floor. This is far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or hospitality. Because of this experience, we will not be booking future stays at your property. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly, as no guest should encounter conditions like these. ”

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“My room was DISGUSTING when I checked in, it clearly had not been cleaned and the front desk was aware of it because they weren’t surprised AT ALL when I called to tell them and see if I could get a different room-which I couldn’t because they had no other rooms. Hair on the comforter, sheets AND pillows. Several pillow cases were dirty and didn’t smell clean. The bathroom floor had hair all over it also. Food crumbs under the bed. What I’m assuming is poop left on the toilet seat. Dirt and mold……
