LOFT n°99 - Pavillion Italy

7.0 out of 10, Good, (2)
"We had trouble finding it and did not have a phone number to use to find it. Someone finally responded to the web inquiry and met us and let us in. Then when we used out key it wouldn't work. They sent someone and their key didn't work either. Then they figured out how to get us in, and it was good from there. The place was OK but you did have to climb a spiral metal stair to the bed / Loft. You had to go up and down to use the bathroom and that was not convenient especially at night. "

Charming 2 Br Flat In City Center Siena Close To Piazza Del Campo

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (58)
"The amenities listed were not as advertised. There was no onsite laundry - we had to go to a laundromat and several of them in the area were closed. We also did not have a microwave. The host was lovely and everything else was great, but we chose this location specifically for laundry and a microwave to help with food costs. "

Picked us up from the train station, answered all of our questions, gave us good recommendations for dinner, made sure we were comfortable in our stay & even drove us to pick up our rental car! We couldn't have asked for more. Not to mention the location was ideal also! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!"

"Good part: close to Centro, Duomo and Campo. But: No charm, nothing Italian about it No comfortable chair Poorly furnished Coffee maker leaked half of what was being made Woke up to no hot water….took 12 hours for someone to show up No spare toilet paper Bathroom adjacent to bedroom Had motion sensor light; flooded the bedroom with light any time it was used.
