“Very good beds & linens! Excellent location to walk around the historic district. But we paid dearly for booking early & rates were much lower later. Expedia wouldn’t change our rate or credit my account at all. I would definitely book again because of the location & great beds. Parking onsite is extra but important to have. Cafe next door is great for breakfast!”

“It was quite nice for an older property. It was nicely refurbished, well maintained and convenient to local amenities.”

“Definitely need to get different staff and update the bar.”

“The rooms were really gross. Dead bugs and when I returned to my room in the evening there was infestation of what appeared to be giant crickets everywhere. I ended my stay without spending a night there and went to find somewhere cleaner”

“The restaurant on site is awesome. Food was delicious. The shuttle vehicle to old town Saint Augustine that runs every 30 minutes was excellent transportation to and from downtown also the shuttle service is free Tks”

“Room was very clean. Staff was amazing. Walking distance to everything! Breakfast buffet was nice. Will come again!”

“Breakfast was factory made and heated in microwaves. Coffee was excellent.”

“The room was very clean and spacious. Although the AC in the room is a bit too loud. Breakfast was alright, although the breakfast crew was amazing! We spent most of our time by the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed it to the most. Loved the easy access to the beach.”
