“Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!”

I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. “This looked great from the outside and the view was magnificent. Unfortunately the stove was an old Coleman burner you had to light yourself, the toilet had a difficult time working, I had to open the back and manually pull the flapper up when I got there. “The listing for this room has a beach front view, I thought I was a walk away from the beach. The view was absolutely beautiful on the listing. But that was not the case.
