“This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. “We didn't spend a lot of time on the resort (mostly at beaches around the island), but it was a great resort. It was nice to come back after a long beach day and relax in the pool before changing and catching a taxi to dinner. The taxis hangout on property, making it easy to catch a ride into town for dinner (Morgan's Mango and The Banana Deck were our favorites).”

“This is very nice, recently renovated 8 unit property. They are located on the top floor so 2 1/2 flights of stairs are required to get there. (Plus a walk up a hill from the ferry) It was a very nice surprise on how pretty the unit was and all the amenities available. The grocery store is right next door so grabbing some (very pricey) needed items was helpful. It’s a very short walk to everything in Cruz Bay. No need to grab a taxi unless you are headed to the beach or other parts of……

“This place was exceptional. Whole condo to yourself. Gated parking. The beach is directly on the property with shade trees to sit under if you don't want direct sun while enjoying the beach. The water was clear and clean. Beach Chairs are provided free by the property management. Norma, one of the staff members, was a delight to talk with and has a great outlook on life.”

“I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments.
