Kitchenette had 2 hotplates and a microwave but no oven - we used the one oven that was located in the Camp Kitchen. We loved the onsite mini-golf and the Shaws Bay location can't be beat. “If you wanna go to byron area and not feel like ur confined or leaving broke from just staying somewhere value for everything, this is the best place for everything.....was impressed with the cabin felt very comfortable from bed, couch and just the space with all facilities in there. Even though i had double bunks in loungeroom and was staying by myself i actually found em to be useful sorting all gifts and stuff i took up there....”

“Our 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor was clean, well maintained and had a nice big spa bath. Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of capsules provided. Some noise at night, as this is in the centre of Ballina. ”

“The breakfast at the Hotel was magnificent, a great choice of cold buffet food. The Hotel is a beautiful old colonial building restored to a high standard. There was quiet AC in the rooms and comfortable, beds we slept well. Pool area with loungers and sun umbrellas was well maintained . The staff could've be more pleasant or helpful. ”
