“This place was amazing. My family and I have made a tradition to come to Hollywood Beach and I’m so glad we had the opportunity to stay at this place. It was comfortable for all 5 of us. Location was amazing. Just a few steps to the boardwalk. The Boardwalk had lots of music playing and stuff for the family, which was awesome. “No working WiFi expect in the main bedroom. Poor quality of fittings inside; during our 4 day stay, both bathroom sink taps/faucets fell off as they weren’t screwed in tightly. Customer service was extremely poor. When we reported these issues, a man randomly turned up at our apartment door without any notice whatsoever(!), saying he was there to look at the WiFi - he said there was nothing he could do, took a picture and left. We heard no more about it. The air con is either freezing, or……

“The room was somewhat clean. There were visible dried liquid staining under the couch and beside the toilet. The toaster was also unclean and the kitchen barely has any cookware.”

“Our first room had two issues, the window shade was broken and the towel rack had fallen and was laying on the bathroom floor with debris when we checked in. We were told there was not another room to move to the next day but when they evaluated the situation they suddenly had a room to move us to. The new room was great and bigger as the pictures had originally advertised but there toilet made very loud whistling noises at all hours randomly (you had to jiggle the handle to get it stop). “There was a great restaurant within 5 minutes walking or less. Also a convience store with many items. The onsite owner was very nice. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We loved the step in shower! Also, the table and chairs outside, in your own private area was very nice. ”

“This location is right in the middle of everything!! If I had to note any issues at all it would be that the kitchen area (both inside and outside) should be sprayed for bugs. Once I saw little ant crawling on the counter and I bag group of ant right outside the window dragging something away, I just cleaned the counter thoroughly but still didn’t leave anything on the counter. The sugar and spice containers the owner has on the shelves were also covered in ants. As a Florida resident, I know……
