“Excelente ”

“The room was mostly excellent except that they had the heat blasting when we arrived, which was on an afternoon when it was 25 C outside, claiming that it had been cold a few days earlier. Also, there was no fridge in the room.”

“Some of the front desk help was a bit odd. Not necessarily focused on the client and sometimes on their own activities. A pleasant stay and the location is lovely. ”

“Todo bien ”

“Unhelpful staff are the undoing of this nicely renovated hotel. Comfortable rooms and good food could not make up for apathetic attitudes of desk and wait staff. Although a short walk to historic area, it is on the main highway through town, surrounded by big box stores. Be aware of sneaky up charges for use of wifi and pool! Also no coffeemaker or tea kettle in the rooms.”

“Nicolas and Anna were great hosts. Nicolas is a trained chef so the breakfasts were fantastic. Hot tub is great. Nice location to look out at mountains. Very quiet. Strong recommendation!!”
