“We have stayed at the Essex St. Inn 3 or 4 times. We love the quaintness, feels like you're staying in someone's home, not a uniform hotel room. Everything is so walkable, walk on the Trail by the water, they have swings & Adirondack chairs, restaurants & bars & shops are steps from the Hotel. Highly recommended!”

“We stayed here for one night and we loved it. It’s at a great location. Close to Newburyport center where all the stores and restaurants are. We arrived late so we did not get a chance to experience the restaurant they have at the facility. The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was provided. Loved the coastal decor vibe. Easy to check in with a code after 5pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.”

“We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience.”

“Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!”

“this was a perfect stay for me. I was fishing two days and needed two nights stay. super clean, nice room, great bed, friendly at the front desk, quiet, easy parking and several entrances so you can get right to your car. I had a great stay.”

“This is truly a very lovely and special inn. Everything was clean and well kept, lawn and lawn games looked inviting, the shared reading spaces were peaceful. We just should’ve done our research beforehand, because we didn’t realize the restaurant was closed two of the three nights we were there. But we’re so happy we discovered this wonderful place!”
