“The whole experience was perfect. Jen communicated well, giving all the needed instructions about entry and free parking etc. The room and all areas of the property were well appointed, very clean and had obvious attention to detail. This place is off the charts in character. I had coffee in the turret and looked out to see the St Lawrence River. The stairs require some attention by anyone who climbs them. If was a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the extra. ”

“Situated in a tranquil area, cozy room, got most amenities one need, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. But if you are noise sensitive, you should seek other options. My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.”

“Charming little hotel, steps from dock where Thousand Islands cruise ship departs from and just a few blocks from best stretch of downtown. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was upscale, delicious and plentiful. Convenient and lively pub downstairs (no noise heard from room though). Only improvement offered would be some electrical outlets/USB ports more accessible for charging devices (one of those table lamps with built in ports would do the trick). Strongly recommend”

“Pool - excellent temperature, and the children really enjoyed the shallow end. Perfect for young children after a day at the Aquatarium. Breakfast - great selection of foods including hot items like omelettes, potatoes and sausages. Kids loved the different flavours in waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles/chocolate chips. Location - quiet with plenty of parking but also right next to dollars stars, Superstore and Walmart, and Boston Pizza should you need anything/foods. Staff - Very……

“the English style decor and the reading room/lounge, bedroom. Only issue is that this place is not for someone who has stair climbing issues or elderly as all room access is 2-3 floors. No buffet breakfast (which is great) because the daily planned options were amazing, just what a healthy good breakfast should be to start the day. Our stay was made comfortable by Cyrus who checked us in, explained everything and also was available for any other things. And Kaitlin for making our breakfasts……
