“I had a confirmed and fully prepaid reservation for September 3-7, 2026 (2 Queen Beds, Non-Smoking, Kitchen). When I arrived to check in on September 3rd, staff told me they had no rooms available due to overbooking and instructed me to seek a refund elsewhere. I was left without lodging despite having paid in full weeks in advance. To make things worse, getting the refund has been a struggle — Expedia.com support says they can't process it without confirmation from the property, and as of……

The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying……
