“Great location. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Room door didn’t close automatically. No cups in room. A/C was excellent. Nice bed. No ice vending on floor. ”

“When we arrived a hand-written sign taped to the the unattended reception desk said "no rooms available even if you have a reservation." Needless to say we had a confirmed reservation through Expedia. No one showed up to help us. A hotel lobby phone did not work. We scrambled to find another room nearby at 10 pm. Unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.”

“This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying……

“Extra $12 was charged at check in. Kitchent is empty/nothing: no plates, cups, spoon or anything. Who need such Kitchent.”

“The property was conveniently located to our trips many destinations allowing us to come and go as needed. Plenty of room for the six adults, while providing ample restrooms and seating when we were at the residence. Looking forward to booking again in the future.”
