“I was very happy to stay in East Austin and find a pet-friendly tiny house. I did an extended stay and was able to work from the property--the wifi was strong enough to manage multiple zoom meetings. The courtyard was great for my dog and I to spend time, welcome friends (I previously lived in Austin) or just enjoy the dappled sunlight under the shade of trees. Check in and out were very simple. It was within walking distance to many of my favorite restaurants, bars and coffeeshops in Austin. ”

“Property was great. Private and very quiet. Didn’t realize how nice quiet could be. We even heard the coyotes howling. Fire pit area may need some attention. Love that we could take the whole family with us (our pup). It was well furnished didn’t need to bring anything but our dog essentials. Host was very communicative, when we couldn’t get in. Great view, great location!! ”

“The property was just as expected. The host make sure everybody was comfortable, including our dogs. There was plenty of outdoor activities. Our check in process was not great, we arrived to the flower child home with another guest already there. It turns out the host have 3 rentals on this property and the guest checked into the wrong house. Even though the houses have a keypad entry on the front door, the host has a lockbox with a key to the house (I guess in case the keypad doesn't work) well...

“Great location off South Lamar that allows you quick access to majority of the city. Near a lot of fun things, but very quiet and separate.”

“The house it self was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the master bedroom and ensuite was very large and roomy and we appreciated having the thermostat in each bedroom to control the air conditioner as it was very hot. There was only one room with a queen bed, it would be been better if we had another room with a queen bed in the main house rather than 2 rooms with bunk beds. The check in was smooth and easy. The only other thing to mention is, it would be been nice if we had some water...
