“I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The A/C in our room was completely broken, and the temperature stayed around 80 degrees the entire time, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When we brought the issue to staff, manager Emily was dismissive, showed no empathy, and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. No real solution was offered. “We have stayed here more than once and chose to return because it is a good value and comfortable. However, I do want to note that we were assigned to a handicap accessible room, which we did not need. That is not a problem, but I don't think it would be suitable for someone in a wheelchair. While the shower was a roll-in shower with a fold-away seat, the shower head which appeared to be hand-held and adjustable, was fixed in place. We had a hard time getting a decent shower because of that and……

“Both the staff and our suite at the Four Points by Sheraton were great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the staff were so kind and helpful! We were taking an early flight out of the Manchester airport and it’s only 2 miles away, so that was incredibly convenient as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! “As soon as I walk inside the room, I could smell the cigarette all over the place. Even if I spray perfume, the smell of cigarette would still be there which made me sick. I had my graduation the next day so I did not have much option of staying there. I also didn’t appreciate how the key card to unlock the room stop working after the first tried. The room had some dust inside which needs to be taken care as well.”
