“Our stay was unfortunately not satisfactory at all. The room had a horrific musty, mildewy odor so intense that it hit you in the face every time you walked in. There were stains on the bedspreads. The curtain was torn. The towel bar was ripped from the wall. The sliding glass door lock had also been ripped from the wall and reset in a slightly different spot without the old spot having been repaired. The desk lamp was broken. The floor carpet was very old and worn and dirty-looking. There was……

“We booked this hotel for the outside pool. It was my little girls birthday. She wanted to swim. Pool was completely green and out of order. Only ice maker working was on the 5th floor. The lobby was so packed with some party going on tht was also in the parking lot blocking people from driving to other parts of the hotel. Could not hear the lady at the front. Our room was not that clean. Hair on the bathroom floor and around the shower. A cockroach in one of the pictures hanging in the bathroom.……

“My wife wanted a Bloody Mary but when we went down to get her one they said the bar doesn’t open until four or five he wasn’t sure and this was a Saturday morning????”

“Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!”
