“I arrived at the hotel promptly at 4 p.m. yesterday to check in. There were plenty of vacant spaces in the outdoor parking lot, yet the on-duty morning manager greeted us with a surly, extremely unfriendly attitude. When he learned we needed to park our car, he insisted we use the underground parking garage instead. I clearly told him the underground area was rather narrow and I was not a confident driver, but he brushed off my concerns and claimed it would be no problem, forcing me to park……

“Everything went well with no issues. Staff was great, stay was good. Breakfast was the only thing I wasnt a fan of to be honest. I am diabetic and everything was sugar packed. Whatever could have been ok, was empty both times I looked. Biggest reason that happened though is people were allowed to come down with trays, load the trays and then take the tray loads of food back to the rooms.”

“Front desk informative and polite Very clean throughout the hotel and updated. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I will definitely use this hotel on my next visit.”
