“The staff was helpful. Hotel was beautiful. We were surprised at the limited streaming availability for the tv. An upscale hotel really should be more up to date. The view from the room can’t be beat! Amazing! . The switch between the steakhouse and breakfast restaurant and Morton’s was a great use of space. Breakfast buffet was very good. Morton’s food was excellent! I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness and ambiance at both breakfast and dinner. Wonderful stay. Would recommend to……

“Staff was unaware of Expedia gold status perks, so I was never offered or even given any of them. Staff did admit they were unaware, but it was still frustrating”

“Check in went well. The hotel is in an unexpected area but was not a bad thing. Once we got to our room I set up for our stay. The room was pretty clean but there were definite areas that needed improvement. The wallpaper in the bathroom was lifting, there was an area just inside the door where the caulking was wearing and cracked and needed to be redone. The bathroom floor wasn’t completely clean and the conditioner bottle was empty. The second floor looks like it’s being remodeled or repainted……

“The hotel itself was fine, but I had a rather unpleasant experience due to some of the other guests. At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.”

“Not a 4 star hotel but clean and comfortable enough. We were in a no smoking room that had been smoked in heavily. The bar and restaurant are handy but it's a heavily attended comedy club. The parking was almost full on Saturday night and very noisy when club closed down at 1 or 1:30 am. So... 4 stars for a 3 star motel.”
