Resort was all right . Nice view . Expensive for sure make sure to have cash ,they do except tip especially in breakfast even tho it’s “included” .house keeping wasn’t the best ,they still go in even if the “dnd” sign is out . When we asked for house keeping they just did the bed didn’t give us more toilet paper/towels or didn’t take trash . Last day we experienced a lot of ants on the walls in the bathroom. About 50+$ per meal . Food needed more flavor . Definitely recommend the boardwalk for more affordable food options and souvenirs!

Beautiful room. We had an amazing view. The staff was so friendly and always helpful when we needed a taxi. The restaurant onsite was so good and it was convenient to have on the property. The beach at secret harbour was absolutely incredible!

The property is beautiful and well kept. The service was altogether very slow but very friendly. Just be prepared for waiting for food on property. The room was amazing but had to call a couple times to get it cleaned. All in all would totally recommend and would go back again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The beach was clean, staff was friendly. Utilize the golf carts to get around the property or get your steps in! The lady LINDSEY will pick you up on the beach or other private charters. Our goal was to roam the island and dine at different restaurants, we took advantage of all of the restaurants on property. The coffee shop was easy for a quick breakfast. I would recommend bringing your own yeti or purchasing one in the coffee shop to prevent your drinks from melting so fast. I loved hanging out under the tree. And don’t forget to use the pool and beach near Coconut Cove restaurant/ resident side

We traveled here for our honeymoon, there is not a thing we would change. The room was well kept and clean, views impeccable, and staff extremely friendly. Peaceful and quiet side of the island, will absolutely stay again!

Everything very friendly food was excellent

Room was NEVER cleaned over 6 days despite sign in room saying they would every third day. Shower door would not close, and after asking for it to be fixed three times, we gave up and asked for extra towels to put on the floor. Upon arrival no hand towels, face cloths in room and no soap in shower dispenser. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee or cups. Had to go to desk for that. They didn't have any towels, but did provide some coffee, but no cups- said it would be dropped in our room while we were away. (It was not) Towels provided the next day, but they forgot the soap again. Tried to get cups from bar next to pool, but they are not part of the resort so wouldn't give us any. Wound up going to a mini-mart nearby and buying our own cups.
