Excellent breakfast- staff was very helpful- very clean/ a view u will never forget/ extremely comfortable beds- highly recommend staying here

Beautiful room. We had an amazing view. The staff was so friendly and always helpful when we needed a taxi. The restaurant onsite was so good and it was convenient to have on the property. The beach at secret harbour was absolutely incredible!

The property is beautiful and well kept. The service was altogether very slow but very friendly. Just be prepared for waiting for food on property. The room was amazing but had to call a couple times to get it cleaned. All in all would totally recommend and would go back again.

The lady LINDSEY will pick you up on the beach or other private charters. Our goal was to roam the island and dine at different restaurants, we took advantage of all of the restaurants on property. The coffee shop was easy for a quick breakfast. I would recommend bringing your own yeti or purchasing one in the coffee shop to prevent your drinks from melting so fast. I loved hanging out under the tree. And don’t forget to use the pool and beach near Coconut Cove restaurant/ resident side

Room was NEVER cleaned over 6 days despite sign in room saying they would every third day. Shower door would not close, and after asking for it to be fixed three times, we gave up and asked for extra towels to put on the floor. Upon arrival no hand towels, face cloths in room and no soap in shower dispenser. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee or cups. Had to go to desk for that. They didn't have any towels, but did provide some coffee, but no cups- said it would be dropped in our room while we were away. (It was not) Towels provided the next day, but they forgot the soap again. Tried to get cups from bar next to pool, but they are not part of the resort so wouldn't give us any. Wound up going to a mini-mart nearby and buying our own cups.

Everything very friendly food was excellent

The location was absolutely stunning. Pictures do not do justice! The only thing I can suggest is communication could be better. We had an emergency where we needed to contact the property. We could not get in contact with anyone for a few hours. The only means of good communication was through the messaging system on Expedia. The only other thing is that the on-site Bar did not open the entire time. However, the restaurant below was immaculate and is highly recommended!!!! Overall we had an excellent experience.
