Sales desks were set up right at each elevator access point to enter the lobby/food area. You were constantly pestered to "upgrade" your trip, do excursions, get massages, etc. Even after saying no and staying firm, they called your hotel room, left things under your door, and constantly asked when you got there and when you were leaving. Some sales pitch always happened. It was awful.
The pool area isn't much and most of the entertainment was either water aerobics or karaoke. Food was mediocre. The app to reserve dinner never worked and the restaurants were closed almost everyday. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

"Overall, the service was good, but the hotel safe couldn't be opened on the last two days. I asked the staff three times, and they made me wait in the room the whole time without solving the problem, wasting a whole day of my vacation. When I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and showed ..."
