“The location is incredibly convenient, close to Hilldale Shopping Center and just a short drive from downtown Madison. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, with a separate sitting area that made it feel more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room.”

“Room was very clean. I wish you would have had a shuttle that could have driven us to downtown but we managed. ”

“The buffet was not well attended to. There are two stations that can only be served by attendants but usually no one is around to help with them. One thing that would be easy to fix: the utensils for self serve are horrible and frustrating to use- a little tiny fork for the cornichons and a knife for the mustard? And you fish everything out of jars. Just tacky and poorly thought out. The tongs are slippery. Just poorly designed all the way around ”

“Everything was excellent about this hotel: Front Desk (Noah) was welcoming and efficient, beds were comfortable, bathroom impeccably clean, pool and hot tub great. If the occasion presents itself to stay here again, we would!”
