"This is a great hotel for families or anyone visiting DC. The location is close to the wharf with lots of restaurants. It is close to the national mall - totally walkable. We chose to book a room with breakfast included. It was so great to go downstairs and have a good breakfast buffet and coffee service in the morning. Super helpful, especially since we were with our teenage son. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a pool which was nice since DC was hot during our stay. "

"I didn’t remember to get her name, but the lady at the desk who works night shift (leaves at 7am) was the most pleasant person to talk to and she was very helpful. Give her a raise!! We need more people like her in this world "
