“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

“Staff was first class from the front desk to breakfast crew. Didn't valet but the gentleman at valet did greet us and was freindly. Room was loud from the local traffic, but the view was worth it. ”

“Absolutely outstanding stay. The hilltop location is special and the view looking east in the morning is breathtaking and peaceful. The room was spotless and comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. Breakfast was amazing with great variety and quality and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic and comfortable……

“The staff was extremely helpful, the room was very clean and the shower was amazing! The valet parking was simple and the hotel was only a 15 minute walk from our destination so it made things so much easier. Didn't visit the roof top bar but the bar located inside the hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. Drinks are a bit pricey but worth it to not have to leave the hotel.”

“After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room!
