“Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air worked great in room, breakfast was good. Easy to get too and there is a driveway to the back of Walmart and Sam’s so that it is easy to get to those if you need something. ”

“We stay here EVERY TIME we are in Longview. It’s close to everything and the hotel is clean. Love the staff and did I mention they have double KING beds in one room!!”

“Staff was great! Other comments: We reserved an accessible room and it was in a different part of the building with a elevator all the way past the event center. How does that make sense for the mobility impaired? Room was fine, clean, but needed updates. Towels were like sandpaper.”

“Older building not updated, stuffy moldy odor. Room had fridge with a freezer section which I needed and used. Microwave was nice. Bathroom was good, plenty of hot water. Slightly leaking sink faucet. Bed was medium soft, meaning not too hard. Pillows were thinner than newer hotels which I prefer. No breakfast just coffee.”

“The positive. Breakfast was really good. The front desk was polite. The entry was nice. Now for the bad. The room was not good at all. The floor looked like it has a major leak it was hummped up all over bathroom with mold showing underneath. Hole in bathroom door. Toilet wouldnt shut off unless wiggle the handle. Wall damage in bathroom. Beds were hard. Pillows were so soft almost nonexistent when laying on them almost like not enough stuffing in them. Its too bad. If theybwould have updated……

“This is the loudest hotel I've ever been in. Doors slamming, banging all day lo g, being woke up 7 in the morning by banging. When the front desk was askabout all the loud banging I was told we have to listen to it all day as well. Ummm, no!! The carpets was very stained with black sticky stuff, our feet stuck to the carpet. Definitely needs some deep cleaning of the carpet.”

“The breakfast menu was not great. No eggs, mostly carbs, and no fresh fruit. The power went out in the bathroom as we were getting ready the next morning. No one was at the front desk as we left, so there was no one to share this info with.”

“The room was not in the best condition. When I pulled back the sheets there were strands human hair in the bedding. The most inner layered sheet had stains. If they cleaned the sheets prior to my stay they did not do a good job. ”
