"This home is beautiful with fantastic grounds. The second floor has great hammocks on the balcony for lounging and reading. There are a lot of roosters in the neighborhood so bring ear plugs if that bothers you. Our kiddos loved the quiet waters at the beach."

"The villa was excellent it was clean and walking distance to the beach. The only problem I had was receiving a list of rules from Jose the day off the check in and they are not posted in the Web under any title. Like “no visitors are allowed “in the property. Also you rent a space with the capacity of 6 people we ware 3 on the reservation and my husband invited his parents to stay with us (age 80 years old ) and I received a phone call from Jose that they ware not allowed in the property....

"The home was GORGEOUS and so perfectly organized! It had all the extras and plenty of space for a large group. The pool area was like a sanctuary with birds and little creatures and all the beautiful plant life as well. Walking or even bike riding to places is not really an option, but there are countless places to eat and shop within a short drive, less than a half hour. Would stay here again for certain!"

"Property was not ready to receive guests. Pictures are not updated. The property was dark and didn’t have a welcoming atmosphere. Location has the appearance of isolation and abandonment. Gate fob didn’t work, inside the property was dark and lights didn’t work. The number provided was wrong. My partner and I were very disappointed that we opted to stay elsewhere. I strongly don’t recommend this place."

"Overall a great stay and property. Loved the pool with outside shower, bathroom, and full kitchen. No closet space or draw space except for a nightstand so I just lived out my suitcase which was fine with me. No TV’s in bedroom only in the common area. Property manager awesome at responding to all messages sent. The street was not as busy as I expected. There are a few stores near by but close early if you used to city life. Community is right off of main highway (traffic audible) at end of a short, dead end street with a few homes, businesses, warehouses or other metal buildings and parking lots with commercial vehicles - not inviting, comfortable vacation environs. Listing is accurate about it being in a waterfront condo community, but is a very small community of 5 or 6 condos with no services or real proximity to any and zero green...
