“This is an old boarding house with great history. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. A code is given to get into the front door and for your assigned room. We did have problems getting into our room but once i figured out who to call, she took care of it quick. Very close to Back Woods . ”

“Property was nice, room on needa new appliances and a new mattress. Springs were loud. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Be sure to get a room AWAY from the elevators. They were loud all day every day.”

“Staff was above amazing! Quiet and great view and value. Location was great and very clean. My room had an electrical issue and tub wouldn’t hold water. AC seemed to have issues but all in all for one night no biggie. Could use some updating. Well worth the price. ”

The parking was good and felt the car was safe . The staff was amazing . The ladies at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant ”

“For the price this place was not worth it. Very old hotel. The bathroom needed work, specifically the tub. There was a big stain on the ceiling in the room. In the breakfast common area the seats were falling apart. All in all this place was raggedy. Don't waste your money. ”

“The room was very clean, the coffee maker was missing a part upon arrival, which the concierge took care of immediately. The lighbulbs in the floor lamp did not work and the table was worn. The bed was very comfortable and the oceanviews were spectacular. Denise at the registration desk was the best part of the entire stay. She could not have been more helpful everytime we needed something. She went over and above her duties.”

“There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to walk to another building through the side parking lot. This entrance was secured with a key card which eased the concern.
