My room was clean and nicely decorated, and when my key card was having issues front desk staff was quick to fix it. Great location with lots of food options at walking distance. "We happened to stay on a night where there were a bunch of youth sports kids so that’s the only thing that altered our comfort. They were loud, disruptive, and not well looked after by who they were there with. It would probably help if the hotel hired some sort of security because we also had people on our floor being so loud after midnight. They smelled so strongly of weed and had there been security maybe it wouldn’t have been so bad. The room was clean and you can tell this place is older...

"Service was great, our room we thought had an AC problem (it did not) but we were moved right away with no hesitation! Place is so close to many bars and restaurants, went to an event at moody center and it was super close as well. Would definitely stay here again!"
