"El hotel esta precioso,el problema esta en los restaurantes especializados que no tienen buen servicio y la comida tampoco es adecuada,principalmente el Italiano y mexicano.El buffet tiene muy buen servicio y suministro pero no tienen buffet en la cena,conside4ro deberian tener servicio tambien en la noche. Por lo demas todo bien Andres en la recepcion fue super amable igual que todo el servicio de vallet parking."

"I had a wonderful stay at Posada Del Mar! The highlight of the experience was absolutely the beach view—it was breathtaking. The atmosphere of the hotel was charming and laid-back, perfect for a getaway. Everything felt clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Jorge was absolutely fantastic as both our bartender and server! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely welcome. He had great energy and a genuine personality that really added to our experience. His drink recommendations were spot on, and everything was made perfectly. He stayed on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed, and you could tell he really cares about providing great service. Jorge truly went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable. "We had a great experience on our girl's trip. The check in & check out service was quick and easy. The room was clean. We loved that we could request more waters, beers, towels, whatever we needed in our room from the app. The service at the bars was great. Friendly staff. We only had a few days here, so we didn't do any excursions or leave the resort. Everything we needed for a few days was there. We just bounced from the pool to the beach every day and the water slides were fun. We traveled without our kids, so we liked that most of the time we weren't around any. One of the pools was more family oriented and the other was the adults drinking. Restaurants & buffets were good. The only slip up was one of the service restaurants took FOREVER one of the nights we had dinner. (they said they were understaffed that night) We were seated at the table probably 2.5 hours and many people kept leaving because the wait to get food, drinks, & service was very long. "
