To top it off owner lives in 3rd bedroom of home and demands to keep right side of driveway clear for them to park. Meanwhile the garage is locked off, and the 3rd bedroom in the middle of the house and the back yard are locked off from any usage.. so all you get is 2 beds in a hot tired, dated home. ……

“Pet friendly, nice quiet neighborhood next to the beach.”

“The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached……

“The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did).
