“Hola es muy lamentable que por motivos de fuerza mayor y no poder llegar a hospedarse al hotel, ellos no quieran devolver el dinero, sin haber usado las instalaciones,que molesto que te roben el dinero de esa manera, si en un caso ya no pueda hospedarse ellos deberían regresar el dinero… es una pena que te roben el dinero de esta forma tan desemascarada. ”
