"Stay at Rm 328 for 3 nights for my son's BMT graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. Thanks for the generous free upgrade to an extremely spacious suite for 3 1. (The airmen stayed for the day and we had to drop him off at the base in the late afternoon.) Lovely and thank you again. Likes - Cold drinking water at lobby 24/7 and hot water and coffee during the day I think. Nice beds (Not the sagging mattress.) Clean room and clean hotel overall. "The 40 dollar a night valet is the only thing that is a bit of a turn off, other than that we had a great time at this hotel. The staff is really helpful, and the rooms are clean and quiet. Also the bar downstairs was convenient "
