"The property is exactly as described. Thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of property. The management was prompt with responses! We had everything we needed. Close to bus route and green line. Easy for catching public transport. It’s a little further south that I realized but over all the location for the price was outstanding. Way cheaper than trying to rent 3 hotel rooms."

"Perfect location, especially with a younger child to be able to walk to all the museums. Beautiful view. Surprisingly quiet apartment. Streets are a bit loud if you go to sleep early, which is expected, but if you turn on the a/c it helps drown it out until it quiets down a bit later. Super close to all trains which was ideal for us. We walked down the strip and also to chinatown and it was a beautiful. Apartment people were super friendly. "This was in a historic building, with secure festures (several locked entrances). It was clearly a renovated factory, with pipes in the ceiling and exposed brick. This added to the charm. We were visting downtown, this rental was a few miles, so we rented bikes and or walked to get places. They included small details, shampoo, hair dryer, even toothbrushes! We enjoyed our stay."

"We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn 2 times now. We love the location, the service, staff, rooms, ect. Our only minor complaint, and it is really minor, is that it takes a full 5 minutes to get hot water when showering. "

"Great staff. David was 4stars and nothing less that superb. Friendly knowledgeable efficient. Always available. On the downside the shower was terrible. 3 weak steams of water out of the head left me wanting more. Also I was hot at night. No AC in April, I get it, but I sweltered. "
