“I had hoped I wouldn’t need to leave this review, but after trying unsuccessfully to reach a meaningful resolution with the host, I feel I should share my experience. First, the positives: the host is friendly, helpful, and a great communicator, and the property is exactly as described. My concern is cleanliness. I stayed in the bedroom with the attached laundry/half bath. At checkout, guests are asked to strip the bed. When I did, I was horrified to find a large, old blood stain on the……

“We did have some issues with the wifi and there was some dust in the bathroom, the faucets, sink/counter weren’t clean, cobwebs and dead bugs on the floor by the living room window and under the dehumidifier that I emptied. The dryer vent was full. Other than those things, it was ok.”
