“The room was clean and very comfortable. The lounge had several free treats for us. The in-house restaurant however was not open, and was supposed to be. We will probably have to check that out next. Everyone needs to know that there is currently no elevator, so you need to be capable of walking up stairs to you room. And we knew that.”

“Vivian checked us in Saturday evening and she was wonderful. A very pleasant experience. We had an issue with the AC at first and she came up to the room personally to check it out. The AC had reset and started working as we met her at the door. Again, an exceptional employee. Mike was at the desk for checkout. He was not very personable at all and rude at times to the guests coming to counter.”

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“Breakfast was wonderful! The waffle station stayed clean, and all the food was fresh and perfectly warm. The oatmeal was also really good! The room temperature was well-maintained, and the room was so clean that I felt comfortable walking around barefoot.”

“The staff at the Chalet Motel in Mequon confirmed that I booked a room 2 months in advance but they got overbooked when a youth baseball team arrived and when I tried to check-in at 9:30pm there was no room available to me. It took them at least 30 minutes for them to just tell me there’s no room for us. Thankfully, Expedia eventually took care of us by putting us in a nicer hotel at no extra cost.”
