“Amazing getaway for the wife and me. We only stayed one night but it was excellent and definitely worthy of 5 stars. The cabin was cozy and perfect for 2 people (though more could sleep of needed). We stayed in late July but the morning was a little chilly so if you want to go out in the morning a light jacket would be good. The short walk through the woods was nice and there is a place to sit with a view of part of the lake, which would be nice to enjoy a morning coffee. However please be……

“Wonderful apartment (2 burner range, fridge, 'wave, multiple methods to make coffee) and a FABULOUS value for the price. Clean, neat, organized, beautifully decorated in rustic aesthetic. Pets are welcome, although they were not quite prepared for a cat (unknown plants and things to knock off shelves) but I made it cat-safe quickly. The Host, Pauline, is delightful & helpful. She helped me move in & out with her cute little wagon. (abode is a slight uphill walk from parking area).”

“The Cabin was beautifully decorated ( I need the name of that interior paint color Lisa) and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoon and walked to town for coffee, lunch, drinks, and dinner. Lisa was so kind and helpful. I’m very particular, and this gem of a cabin checked all my boxes. We will be back! ”

“Utterly charmed by the place and my hosts. It is exactly as advertised. The fireplace was a wonder and for such a small space it seems spacious! Use of the cruiser type bicycle was perfect for a grocery visit and tootling around on all the cool paved trails. Hosts were so gracious about arranging an extra night. I will be back! ”
