“We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. “We had a wonderful stay at Timber Cove Resort and would absolutely return. Nestled along the rugged coastline, the property offers sweeping ocean views and a sense of calm the moment you arrive. It feels special without trying too hard. We stayed in a suite with a wraparound deck facing the ocean, and it was exceptional. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable, and the views were truly unforgettable. Even though there was a big storm during our stay, we still caught some sunshine……

“Stayed here during a birthday/engagement trip. The location was surprisingly ideal, right between Bodega and Petaluma, and was pet friendly which was necessary for us. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and had a warm and homey vibe. My girlfriend at the time was pleasantly surprised and loved it. Staff was amazing the whole time, and very helpful. They really make the place. Enough so, when I proposed on the trip, we were both looking forward to telling Kendra at the front desk. We did……
