"Great hotel, great location. Staff was great. My only knock would be housekeeping not supplying face towels. We got in around 11:30 pm. Had to wait close to 1 am for some towels. Other than that A1 service"

"Rooms were so small and you could almost pee on the toilet and shower at the same time…😳 location was good"

"While the rooms looked a little run-down, the restaurant and pool area had a great vibe. I wish the room decor was more consistent with the hotel lobby. We stayed in the penthouse, and the furniture looked quite old."

"Everything was A+ from the moment we got there. The check-in was great. Vallet was great. The room was upgraded for free, great views and large room. Bed was very comfortable. Everyone who worked at the resort was very nice and friendly."

"The bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly when we arrived and there was no use of the electrical outlets. We got moved to a new room and that room was just as dirty and more outlets and lights were not working in the room. Not all the staff was helpful in this matter. Some staff members were helpful and told us one thing In terms of compensation and the rest of the stuff, we’re not friendly about it. Did not enjoy my experience with the rooms at this resort but the rest of amenities were good"
