“This could be a very nice rental, but a lot needs to be fixed and cleaned up. Currently there is no access to the lake the house is on as far as kayaking, boating, paddle boating, or fishing. The only thing accessible is the view. The fire ring was nice and the view was beautiful. I asked about access to the lake before our check-in day and did not get a response to that question until we were already there for 4+ days. I hope things get fixed up, because it could be very nice. The wildlife……

“Terribly disgusting! From ants, to random pills on the carpet, stains and hair in the sheets, moldy smell, trash and dog feces all around the property, very dusty baseboards & doors, the microwave literally had stuck on food and grease inside and out! Crusted food or god knows what on the dining room table. The place was so filthy we didn’t even get ready at our place and bought new sheets. I didn’t want to touch ANYTHING. Had to line the filthy couch with a blanket we brought with us. When I……

“We had a great time in the Poconos. Our condo was clean, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. It was a bonus to be able to use the pool and other facilities at the clubhouse. The location was perfect…close to the water parks and easy access to restaurants and stores.”
