“Entire building was so clean and taken care of. Beds were comfy and shower was great. Nice area as well. Coffee was so good, and breakfast was ok. The pool is very small, but that’s the only Thing we weren’t super thrilled about.”

“the room worked sell for our needs. We didn't have towels the first night. The breakfasts were good. The main negative was the that the staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful. They charged my daughter 2 deposits on her room and their pet fee was unreasonable. It stated it was $25 but then she was told it was per pet and per night. My daughter has 2 well behaved non-shedding dogs. There is no reason she would have to pay $150. Just a negative that makes us not want to come back……

“The hotel gives a dirty feel. The staff is rarely there. I couldn’t sleep thinking about bed bugs. I’m sorry if this is too blunt. But at $280 a night I’d expect a little more. Unfortunately, not many choices for family hotels in Saugatuk.”
