"Everything about where the Pigeon River Inn is located is convenient. There are plenty of of dining options and small markets all within walking distance. Many attractions for you to partake in as well. The Inn is fairly well kept aside from Pigeon droppings all over the top floor windows. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would stay again. "

"A few blocks off the main Gatlinburg strip but an easy walk. Very clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. Breakfast was good. No complaints. Enjoyed my stay and felt at home. "

"The Inn was extremely clean and the decor was beautiful. Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and had a ton of extra space along with a closet. The only downside to our room was the view. We were overlooking the roof. No pool or mountain view. Would have been nice to enjoy a view from the balcony, except a red roof. "

"We stayed here for one night and it was very affordable and great for a short stay. Not sure it is a full-week’s vacation kinda stay right now, but they are clearly working to upgrade the place, so still very much recommended. Staff was courteous and quick. Quiet at night. "

"Only thing i didnt like was no vending machines or ice machines and front desk doesnt take cards for snacks only cash which hardly anyone carrys anymore but she was happy to tell me to go to gas station to get a drink "
