“Starting with the room. Everything was worn and broken. Light fixtures were broken. Sink was wobbley and the pocket door sqeeled so loudly when we opened it. It was no where near like the pictures online. Not updated. Second, we booked this hotel mainly for the Waterpark. We walked around it and saw a kid pull his pants down and pee in the pool while his parents watched. As if that wasn't bad enough another mother was pulling poop out of her kids swim suit and rinsing off her hand in the……

“The room itself was pretty clean and nice. You could tell that the doors dont often get wiped down, they were pretty smudged where they have been touched a lot. It was nice having the kitchenette in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was just ok, we both woke up sore. The bathroom door lock was broken, so we couldn't lock the door. Probably the worst part was the breakfast. Do not plan to eat there. Maybe the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had. Overall nothing was a deal……
