“The room was perfect. Location could not be better. Walking distance to almost all Broadway shows, Times Square, and subway stations. Every staff member was kind, respectful and very helpful. We needed a wheelchair rental, and immediately had options from the Reception Staff. And getting a taxi from the hotel took minutes with their help too.”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
