“The staff was very attentive and kind upon arrival. The hotel was a perfect location, right in Times Square, and there were a lot of things to do and places around to eat and enjoy. We had a room facing Times Square so the view was nice and we got to experience the lights and sounds of NYC right from our room. Rooms were clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The restaurant was nice as well and had a good amount of food and drinks. I would stay here again. ”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“The Paramount at Times Square is hands-down the best hotel I have been to in NYC. The lobby is genuinely gorgeous, and the rooms are quaint. The rooms are on the smaller end (this is NYC after all), but it does not feel like they are small. They are laid out strategically to feel spacious, and the amenities offered are excellent.
