“Staff was very helpful and the room was spotless”

“Pool and courtyard was under construction, not accessible and we were never told during reservations or even when we arrived and checked in. The coffee shop in lobby had ran out of lattes and expresso. For a high end hotel this was all totally not acceptable. At 10pm they had a crew painting the lobby which also seemed odd”

What really stands out is the crew members, who make you feel truly at home. For guests who have just arrived, this warmth makes the experience especially comforting. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
